About This Role
- Lead product costing and financial reporting for manufacturing sites in India, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Manage month-end production accounting close, reconciliations, and provide management reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate finance activities between manufacturing and supply chain teams, driving improvements in costing processes, data quality, and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA) or actively pursuing one.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product costing, production accounting, or manufacturing finance.
- Practical experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing costing and accounting functions within manufacturing or supply chain finance contexts, preferably in a global company.
- Proficient in using SAP manufacturing costing modules or specialized costing software, with a focus on process automation and financial reporting enhancements.
- Strong ability to operate cross-functionally in a matrix environment, communicating complex financial information clearly and partnering across teams.
