About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-step agentic systems to enhance product capabilities.
- Own end-to-end AI model lifecycle: development, integration into production systems, monitoring performance, and continuous improvement.
- Define AI KPIs and best practices; lead AI initiatives and mentor team members to ensure scalable, reliable, and ethical AI solutions aligned with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning with demonstrable expertise in AI and agentic systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience deploying AI models at scale, including MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and versioning.

- Experienced in architecting complex AI systems that incorporate reasoning beyond basic generation capabilities, such as multi-step agentic workflows.
- Proven ability to translate technical AI solutions into business value and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
