About This Role
- Support low complexity lifecycle tasks and identify process improvements within Securities Operations.
- Resolve basic tactical issues and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to meet operational goals.
- Contribute to operational processes including trade settlements, cash operations, reconciliations, and support project implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ months of Securities Operations experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
- Minimum 3+ years of Trade Settlements experience with strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliation, and exception management.
- Experience with domestic and/or international trade settlements and dealing with trade exceptions.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ months Securities Operations; 3+ years Trade Settlements explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Trade Settlements including trade matching, confirmation, allocation, reconciliation, and post-settlement activities.
- Comfortable managing trade settlement exceptions, failed/unmatched trades, and break resolution.
- Experienced with equity, fixed income, FX, mutual funds, or other financial products settlements.
