About This Role
- Lead and execute Accounts Payable processes including invoice entry, quality audit, and maintaining documentation within agreed timelines and accuracy.
- Prepare and review process documents, track user acceptance, identify and resolve data queries or gaps, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Maintain client relationships focused on partnership and service excellence, meet or exceed client KPIs, mentor and train team members, and support continuous process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of industry experience in Accounts Payable within corporate, third-party service provider, or consultancy environments.
- Graduation in Commerce or Finance or equivalent work experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, attention to detail, and organizational skills; accounting knowledge preferred.
- On-site work location in Hyderabad, Telangana; scheduled weekly hours of 40.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) cycle with solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes and related client interactions.
- Capable of managing workflow under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality through process adherence and exception handling.
- Demonstrates ability to lead process documentation, support user acceptance testing, deliver client-focused service, and mentor team members.
