About This Role
- Support the HR set up of India Amgen Technology and Innovation Center as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
- Lead talent management processes including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Drive staff engagement initiatives, ensure HR compliance, manage change initiatives, and use HR analytics for decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree required.
- 14-16 years of Human Resources experience.
- At least 3 years in a senior HRBP or HR management role.
- Must have strong knowledge of employment laws and business practices related to HR in India.

- Experienced in strategic HR partnership with senior leadership in complex organizations.
- Capable of handling comprehensive HR functions including talent management, compliance, and change management.
