About This Role
- Own the resolution of complex, escalated system issues beyond L1/L2 capabilities, including root cause analysis and long-term solution development.
- Fix severe client/server side bugs in FlexPLM, troubleshoot complex customer problems, and interact directly with customers or partners for bug resolution.
- Write well-documented, high-performance code including unit tests (JUnit), and share technical knowledge within the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in software development or related roles.
- Strong skills in Core Java (collections), REST APIs, JSP, AngularJS, JQuery, JavaScript, Ag-Grid, and Oracle/MSSQL databases.
- Proficient in writing code coverage tests, especially JUnit automation, with experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot as an advantage.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in advanced debugging and troubleshooting at a senior R&D level for software products, especially in customer-facing environments.
- Capable of managing escalations, mentoring juniors, and delivering robust fixes efficiently in a fast-paced team averaging 4-6 years experience.
- Familiar with disciplined software development practices and current best practices, with a focus on quality assurance and automation testing.
