About This Role
- Own responsibility for production, review, and validation of investment performance reports across multiple portfolios, funds, and strategies.
- Analyze portfolio and benchmark returns to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers, while resolving complex data and calculation issues.
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives; partner with technology teams for system upgrades and support testing and implementation of methodology and reporting changes.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in investment management, performance measurement, attribution, or financial data analysis.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of investment applications like Aladdin, Morning Star, Bloomberg, FactSet preferred.
- Willingness to work night shift (4:30 pm - 1:30 am).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of asset management industry, investment products, portfolio management, and performance measurement methodologies.
- Experienced in handling large, complex data sets with attention to detail and critical thinking for data interpretation.
- Capable of leading process and automation improvements; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams, including technology partners.
