About This Role
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including collections, invoicing, cash application, and credit limit assessments to optimize cash flow and reduce overdue amounts.
- Handle treasury functions such as bank reconciliations, cash pooling, foreign exchange hedge settlements, and related intercompany accounting entries.
- Support month-end close activities including accruals, intercompany recharge accounting, balance sheet schedules, and financial reporting using ERP systems and HFM.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or General Ledger functions.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably EFACS, SAP, Oracle) and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) preferred but not mandated.
- Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/AAT or equivalent preferred; not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing receivables and treasury processes within a multinational or complex environment, indicating ability to handle cross-border financial transactions and reporting.
- Comfortable working with integrated financial systems and complex accounting standards, supporting month-end and quarter-end reporting.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with ability to maintain accuracy and compliance in fast-paced finance operations.
