About This Role
- Own month-end accounting, general ledger reconciliation, and substantiation for India entities ensuring adherence to IFRS reporting and quality standards.
- Manage exception handling including reconciliation and break resolution, escalation of issues, and coordination of exception clearance as part of month-end process.
- Drive process improvements in ledger management and mapping of data flows from upstream systems to SAP R3, maintaining control and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in finance roles at banks, investment banks, accounting/audit firms, or BPO/KPO centers.
- Knowledge of SAP Architecture and Reference Data maintenance with hands-on investigation of mapping issues from sub-systems to SAP.
- Working knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and experience preparing Bank Reconciliation statements including resolution of aged/pending items.
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Commerce.
