About This Role
- Provide first-level resolution for HR queries from employees and HR teams across APAC, UK, and US via email, chat, and telephone channels.
- Manage HR applications support including Workday and ServiceNow, focusing on benefits, payroll, and employee lifecycle transactions.
- Ensure SLA and quality standards are met with ownership of query resolution and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: Prior experience in query handling or transaction processing in a shared services or HR domain environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, benefits, payroll, offboarding, and employee lifecycle across UK, US, and APAC regions.
- Must be willing to work rotational shifts covering UK/US business hours.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle PeopleSoft, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
