About This Role
- Lead and manage talent acquisition processes to attract and retain employees, ensuring alignment with company brand and smooth onboarding experience.
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities including promotions, salary adjustments, appraisals, status changes, visa/passport renewals, and exit interviews for levels 1-4.
- Compile and analyze monthly People & Culture reports, manage disciplinary and grievance procedures, and oversee cafeteria operations ensuring compliance with standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management.
- Minimum 3 years of Human Resources Management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Work Experience Required: 3 years in HR Management.

- Experienced in handling end-to-end human resource processes in hospitality or similar human capital intensive sectors.
- Operationally focused with ability to manage multiple employee administration and compliance tasks under pressure.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication and reporting across multiple levels within an organization.
