About This Role
- Lead architecture for enterprise AI initiatives, including products, platforms, and shared capabilities.
- Define and enforce AI solution architecture standards, best practices, and governance across the organization.
- Influence senior stakeholders and guide engineering teams to adopt AI-powered software development lifecycle (PDLC) tools responsibly.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in enterprise AI solution architecture including LLM applications, agentic workflows, and orchestration.
- Experience defining architecture standards, reference architectures, and technical guardrails at enterprise scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior technical leader comfortable influencing decisions across business units without direct authority.
- Strong background in distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native architecture, data platforms, and security.
- Experience mentoring architects, establishing architecture communities of practice, and enabling AI adoption in large platform-oriented enterprises.
