About This Role
- Deliver and support enhancements and projects for investment operations applications focusing on quality and maintainability.
- Provide priority production support including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution across batch processing, interfaces, and critical business workflows.
- Coordinate testing, client training, vendor management, and documentation for application upgrades and operational changes.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience in production support or application development analyzing business or technical problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in investment, asset management, or financial-services technology environment mandatory.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts between 5:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. IST including weekends and holidays as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting investment operations or financial services technology platforms within onshore-offshore models and multiple time zones.
- Capable of handling production support end-to-end including escalation, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiar with Agile, Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices, with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
