About This Role
- Maintain and support 3M’s SOX ITGC compliance by designing, documenting, and remediating IT and application controls.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, procedures, and control matrices related to SOX compliance; provide training and support to IT and business teams.
- Collaborate with control owners, auditors, and teams to track SOX IT control execution, testing, deficiency remediation, and audit coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
- 7+ years of IT audit or compliance experience with strong SOX, ITGC, and application controls knowledge.
- Strong understanding of ITGC frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, and ITIL.
- Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing comprehensive SOX ITGC programs and collaborating with internal and external auditors.
- Capable of handling ambiguous situations, analyzing risks and controls, and influencing multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams.
- Possesses relevant professional certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CRISC and demonstrates strong project management and control assessment skills.
