About This Role
- Analyze cloud billing and usage data across Azure, AWS, and GCP to identify cost trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Build and maintain FinOps dashboards and reports to support executive, finance, and engineering decision-making.
- Support cloud cost optimization efforts through reporting on rightsizing, resource utilization, and savings realization, plus assist in FinOps tool administration.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in cloud operations, financial analysis, or FinOps roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with Python is a plus.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider's billing and cost management data (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Work Experience Required: 2–5 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong data analytical skills with experience handling large cloud billing datasets and complex cost allocation.
- Familiarity with FinOps tools (Cloudability, CloudHealth) and BI platforms like Power BI or Tableau for reporting and visualization.
- Comfortable communicating cost insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to support cost governance and optimization initiatives.
