About This Role
- Translate complex business requirements in credit risk into effective AI prompts and instructions for AI-driven process automation.
- Manage AI development pipeline including prompt writing, output testing, and iterative improvement based on SME feedback.
- Accountable for delivery of AI-related project outputs including stakeholder management, process documentation, and compliance with Model Risk Management principles.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or comparable qualification.
- 6-8 years of professional experience in the financial industry with strong emphasis on Credit Risk Management and AI/Technology implementation.
- Direct experience in business analysis or related role involving technology-driven change; experience with AI, machine learning, or LLM projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in project management preferably using Agile methodologies, and knowledge of regulatory and Model Risk Management compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep domain expertise in end-to-end credit risk lifecycle and regulatory frameworks within financial services.
- Proven ability to translate complex credit risk business needs into AI prompts and manage AI output refinement.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving AI adoption aligned with compliance and risk management standards.
