About This Role
- Analyze commercial data to identify revenue growth, market trends, portfolio yield improvements, and seller productivity opportunities across CEMEA.
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to support sales strategy, account planning, and commercial prioritization.
- Drive launch and adoption of business tools and digital capabilities, monitor impact, and implement continuous improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, sales operations, strategy, consulting, finance, data analytics, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar preferred.
- Visa requires at least 3 days in office; specific expectations to be confirmed by Hiring Manager.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or exposure to commercial strategy, sales effectiveness, portfolio analytics, payments, banking, fintech, or consulting environments.
- Comfort working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations collaborating with Sales, Product, Finance, Strategy, and Technology teams.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools (Claude Code, Copilot, CodeX) and automation to improve business performance.
