About This Role
- Own and build a reliable, scalable crawl platform to unify data across all product lines.
- Lead system design, architecture, and technical strategy focusing on distributed systems, observability, and developer experience.
- Mentor and lead engineering teams, manage high-impact projects, and coordinate across stakeholders to align technical decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years leading small to medium-sized teams.
- Strong expertise in scalable distributed systems and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with observability, developer experience, and performance optimizations; knowledge of AWS, Spark, Databases, Streaming, Containers, Kubernetes is a plus.
