About This Role
- Own and build a reliable, scalable data crawl platform supporting all product lines at CommerceIQ.
- Lead high-impact projects including system design, architecture, and technical strategy for distributed systems and infrastructure.
- Mentor engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and high-quality execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years experience leading small to medium-sized teams.
- Expertise in scalable, distributed systems and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with observability, developer experience, and performance optimizations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working on data-intensive applications involving ETL/ELT workflows is a plus.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex technical problems for scalable solutions.
- Ability to operate independently while fostering collaboration and acting as a connector between stakeholders.
