About This Role
- Own quantitative foundation for Atlas managed services by reconstructing prospects' renewable bases and building baseline performance methodologies.
- Produce and defend sales renewal analytics including QBR reports and methodology against finance challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Design Architect, Forward-Deployed Engineering, and customer finance, providing data inputs and documentation to support implementation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; work experience required: 3–7 years in sales and renewal analytics, renewals operations, or quantitative consulting.
- Advanced Excel skills with ability to build, audit, and defend multi-source reconciliations and cohort analyses without templates.
- Proven experience producing defensible analysis from imperfect or incomplete third-party data.
- Working knowledge of subscription/recurring revenue models including ARR, GRR/NRR, contract terms, auto-renewal, downsell, expansion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in sales and renewal analytics or renewals operations with demonstrated ability to handle complex and imperfect data.
- Comfortable explaining and defending quantitative methodologies to skeptical finance stakeholders.
- Able to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment involving engineering, finance, and solution design teams.
