About This Role
- Manage and drive the entire RFP (Request for Proposal) process to support the Global Sales Team in a pre-sales capacity.
- Prepare strategic and competitive budgets and proposals based on inputs from internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with IQVIA standard processes and quality control.
- Establish and communicate proposal milestones to ensure timely delivery to clients and maintain accurate tracking and corporate databases.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years direct experience in Proposals, preferably with clinical operations or CRO industry experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in proposals or related domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with cross-functional internal stakeholders and managing multiple RFPs simultaneously in deadline-driven environments.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret RFPs and protocols accurately.
- Capable of working independently in virtual environments with effective communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
