About This Role
- Oversee and ensure effective delivery of soft services including housekeeping, pantry, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and front office operations for a large campus (1,000–2,000 employees).
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor SLAs, and coordinate service teams to maintain operational excellence and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and maintain documentation related to service delivery and compliance to uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in soft services or facility operations, preferably in hospitality.
- Graduation degree mandatory.
- Location: On-site role based in Devanahalli, North Bangalore; candidate should be based there or willing to relocate.
- Notice period: 1 month.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing soft services in large organizations with employee strength around 1,000–2,000, preferably servicing campuses of companies like LinkedIn, Microsoft, or Amazon.
- Strong vendor management skills with ability to coordinate multiple service providers and ensure SLA compliance.
- Comfortable working full-time on-site with shift timings 8 AM to 5 PM, 6 days a week, and handling occasional weekend or holiday work as needed.
