About This Role
- Design, configure, customize, and support end-to-end commercial and clinical solutions on Veeva CRM and Vault platforms for pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences sectors.
- Develop integrations between Veeva platforms and other systems using Apex, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, and Vault Java SDK with focus on compliance to GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 standards.
- Lead technical development of AI-driven features within Veeva Quality applications leveraging Vault AI APIs for automating document classification, metadata extraction, and summarization.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years total experience including 3+ years specializing in Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Veeva Vault Java SDK, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Strong understanding of GxP compliance and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations related to pharmaceutical software solutions.
- Work Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, or Trivandrum.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in Veeva Vault modules (PromoMats, eTMF, RIM, Quality Docs/QMS) including lifecycles, workflows, and dynamic security models.
- Experience delivering cloud-native or cloud-scalable solutions integrating Azure or other cloud platforms to complement Veeva.
- Proven track record in agile development environments with ownership of end-to-end Veeva software delivery, strong code quality focus, and proficiency in AI and automation within Veeva.
