About This Role
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting including sourcing candidates, planning interviews and selection procedures.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
- Develop long-term recruiting strategies and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, professional networks, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Hands-on experience with various interview techniques and evaluation methods in recruiting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
