About This Role
- Manage large-scale programs and portfolios with ownership of end-to-end project delivery including budgeting, forecasting, vendor and risk management.
- Coordinate across project teams to understand requirements and implement execution plans for multiple concurrent projects.
- Ensure project governance by preparing artefacts, managing resourcing, and engaging with global stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years overall experience with dedicated program/portfolio management experience.
- 4-5 years application development experience and hands-on Agile experience.
- Bachelor of Technology degree mandatory; MBA preferred.
- PMP or Prince2 certification required; experience managing programs with budgets over 2M Euros.

- Experienced in managing BAU projects and change management within large global organizations.
- Skilled in full SDLC (Plan, Design, Build, Test, Deploy) with strong communication abilities.
- Operates well with senior global stakeholders and handles complex multi-project environments efficiently.
