- Manage channel partners executing tele calling for Collections portfolio, ensuring KPIs like resolution rate, normalization rate, and money collected are met.
- Oversee vendor performance through structured review mechanisms, capacity planning, and operational metrics including call quality audits and system uptime management.
- Strategize portfolio segmentation and dialer prioritization to improve collection efficiencies and ensure compliance with regulatory and business guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience managing large distributed vendor teams.
- Strong knowledge of Credit Card domain and Collection Processes.
- Experience with dialer strategies.
