About This Role
- Manage operations and business profitability across multiple hotel properties within a designated area ensuring the highest levels of guest experience and product quality.
- Drive expansion of the hotel portfolio by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new hotel properties, negotiating terms, and collaborating with business development teams.
- Lead regional sales initiatives including MICE deals, support pricing and promotional activities, and build strong relationships with property owners and partners.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in hospitality management with success in operations and business development.
- Proven experience in property acquisition and/or sales within hospitality.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographic area.
- Knowledge and experience in the MICE segment is highly desirable but not clearly mandatory.
