About This Role
- Coordinate end-to-end preboarding and onboarding activities for employees and contingent workers ensuring compliance with company policies and regional requirements.
- Serve as primary liaison among candidates, hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless and compliant onboarding experience.
- Monitor onboarding workflows, document completion, identity verification, training assignments, and readiness activities to meet audit and security standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in onboarding operations, HR operations, workforce administration, or related operational functions.
- Experience working within a regulated or compliance-driven environment preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in relevant onboarding or HR operational roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling large volumes of onboarding cases simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS and onboarding systems such as Fieldglass and Oracle is preferred.
- Capable of operating in a compliance-driven, highly regulated environment with attention to detail and maintaining confidentiality.
