About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple hotel properties ensuring brand standards, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Drive business development by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new hotel properties, including negotiation and launch coordination.
- Lead sales efforts including MICE business, collaborate with sales teams and local clients, and mentor on-ground hotel teams for performance and service quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in hospitality management with proven success in operations and business development.
- Experience in property acquisition and/or sales within hospitality required.
- Knowledge and experience in the MICE segment is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographic area.
