About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery management of complex cross-functional programs ensuring timelines, scope, budget, and quality are met.
- Align and coordinate between Product, Engineering, QA, Business, Operations, and external stakeholders, managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile execution at the team level, tracking sprint progress and removing impediments.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 8 years in Project/Program or Agile Delivery Management.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex technology delivery programs with multi-team coordination.
- Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, with knowledge of tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
- Location requirement: Noida; Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST with support till 1 PM EST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced program manager skilled in coordinating multiple teams and managing inter-team dependencies and escalations.
- Proficient with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and capable of driving Agile execution and Scrum ceremonies hands-on.
- Comfortable working across distributed teams and managing stakeholder communications effectively.
