About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of medium to large, complex customer projects/programmes involving 4G/5G network integration, configuration, testing, and handover to Care.
- Manage all aspects of project execution including scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and change management while aligning with Nokia’s Methodology and operational guidelines.
- Serve as primary interface to customer for managing expectations, complaints, contract fulfilment, and identifying opportunities for contract expansion or renewal.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of industry experience leading and managing telecommunication projects, specifically with 4G/5G technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Radio, Core, and IP networks for 4G/5G, including troubleshooting and escalation management.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in telecommunication project leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large, complex telecom projects with high risk and multiple stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency to translate customer requirements into network configuration inputs and ensure quality execution of 4G/5G network bring-up.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams during project execution.
