About This Role
- Analyze and validate business requirements against Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Finance Operations standard functionalities.
- Perform fit-gap analysis to recommend optimal solutions balancing standard capabilities, configuration, and customization.
- Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements alignment and maximize use of existing D365 features.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance Operations.
- Strong functional knowledge of D365 Supply Chain Management and Finance modules.
- Experience in performing business requirement analysis, fit-gap assessments, and preparing functional specifications.
- Work Location: Noida; Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST, with support till 1 PM EST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in detailed functional evaluation of D365 SCM and Finance modules including configurations, workflows, and security.
- Capable of justifying necessity of customizations versus leveraging standard product features.
- Familiar with integration points, technical capabilities of D365 (X++, extensions, APIs), and working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
