About This Role
- Lead strategy, operation, and modernization of global IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring resilient, secure, and high-confidence enterprise technology services.
- Own IT service management and infrastructure operating model including ServiceNow, incident/problem/change management, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Build and develop a high-performing global team with strong leadership, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement while managing budgets, vendor strategy, and executive KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field (advanced degree or certifications a plus).
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience handling global infrastructure, cloud operations, or enterprise technology services.
- Deep knowledge and experience with hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructure, enterprise networking, compute/storage, endpoint technology, collaboration platforms, and identity services.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced executive leader with a track record of building and scaling distributed, mission-critical global IT infrastructure and operations organizations.
- Strategic operator skilled in translating enterprise priorities into reliable services, governance, automation, observability, and measurable operational improvements.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Security, Enterprise Architecture, Product, and Engineering to embed secure-by-design and compliance practices while leveraging AI to enhance infrastructure efficiency and decision-making.
