About This Role
- Build and maintain scalable, secure backend services and APIs for UiPath's Data Fabric platform, focusing on performance, reliability, and high availability.
- Own features from design to production with emphasis on customer experience and production monitoring including debugging and resolving incidents.
- Contribute to and improve front-end web UI using Angular or React integrated with backend services.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of software engineering experience building backend or full stack production services.
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as C# (.NET) or Java.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working on large-scale, multi-tenant distributed backend systems with focus on scalability and reliability.
- Comfortable owning end-to-end feature development including design, implementation, testing, and production support.
- Familiar with agile development, CI/CD, automated testing, and collaborative communication in globally distributed teams.
