About This Role
- Ensure production stability, performance, and reliability of multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, hybrid), including Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Lead complex incident triage and resolution, implement SRE best practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets), and drive root cause analysis for operational excellence.
- Support and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, automate remediation workflows, manage security operations, and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
Minimum Requirements
- Must hold at least two certifications from: CKA, AWS Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional / SysOps – Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
- Experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, ALB/NLB, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda) and Azure (AKS, VNET, IAM, Load Balancer).
- Proficiency in Kubernetes operations including cluster management and troubleshooting.
