About This Role
- Own end-to-end property management services at the Hyderabad site ensuring efficient daily operations and maintenance.
- Manage manpower planning, hiring, vendor coordination, budgeting, SLA/KPI monitoring, complaint management, and compliance to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily/monthly management reports and maintain relationship management with clients, contractors, and statutory bodies.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Marine Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in commercial Facility Management, Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry.
- Location: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 hours per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing commercial facility operations with ability to handle vendor contracts, budgeting, and client coordination.
- Capable of leading and developing site manpower with strong analytical and meticulous operational approach.
- Familiar with compliance enforcement, health and safety norms, and risk assessment implementation in facility management context.
