About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack software solutions for JLL's digital workplace platforms using modern web and cloud-native technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and technical initiatives, ensuring code quality, system performance, and long-term maintainability across the platform.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned features.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5–8 years of professional software development experience with proven technical leadership.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (C#, Node.js, Python, Java) and one modern frontend framework (Angular, React, Next.js, Vue.js).
- On-site work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud platform services (Azure preferred).
- Strong focus on technical leadership with ability to lead architectural design, mentor teams, and drive quality through testing and DevOps practices.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment collaborating across multiple time zones and aligning technical and business goals.
