About This Role
- Own architecture and solution design for enterprise Java applications in Telecom Customer Care & Billing, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Lead technical design reviews, promote code quality and performance improvements, and guide API/service integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Mentor senior developers and leads, collaborate globally with stakeholders using Agile practices, and drive modernization and production stability initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years software development experience with deep Java expertise.
- 5+ years in architecture, technical leadership, or senior engineering roles.
- Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, Git, Maven/Gradle, unit testing, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Chef).
- Telecom billing, customer care, or comparable enterprise domain experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and supporting high-volume, mission-critical enterprise Java applications with complex integrations.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead globally distributed teams.
- Skilled in Agile delivery and work management using Azure DevOps with a focus on clear priorities and risk visibility.
