About This Role
- Validate and research global dividend data to ensure accuracy and integrity before index maintenance.
- Perform quality assurance audits and maintain compliance documentation aligned with regulatory standards (EU BMR and IOSCO).
- Collaborate with internal teams, external data providers, and IT to resolve discrepancies, support automation, and enhance data quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data analysis, mathematics, or IT-related fields.
- Up to 2 years of experience in financial markets, indices, investment products, or portfolio management.
- Ability to work rotational shifts: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM IST, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST, or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) or European (French, Spanish, German) languages is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience or familiarity with market data vendors such as Refinitiv, Bloomberg, SIX, or ICE is a plus.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with skills in data validation, process documentation, and regulatory compliance in financial data environments.
