About This Role
- Deliver detailed financial analysis and reporting to influence business decisions and improve financial performance.
- Develop and consolidate forecasts, budgets, and key operational metrics across sales, orders, gross margin, and OPEX.
- Drive process improvements through automation, digitization, and enhanced analytics in collaboration with FP&A and regional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience.
- Educational qualification: CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint; skilled in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Work location: Hebbal, Bangalore; Hybrid working mode.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration within corporate and business group finance teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Strong analytical ability to manage detailed financial metrics and reporting frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Comfortable leading process simplification and automation initiatives to enhance FP&A functions.
