About This Role
- Support the CFO and Financial Reporting and Performance Management team with flash and actual financial processes, including preparation, explanation, and coordination with regional/central CFOs and business heads.
- Manage timely and accurate reporting of Revenue and Net New Assets in the management system, oversee annual planning, monthly forecasting, month-end and quarter-end processes including restatement.
- Conduct critical ESG reporting, ad hoc financial analysis, assist with restatements, transaction reviews, accounting decisions, and provide financial insights and suggestions to business units.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in accountancy, financial control, or performance management.
- Academic qualifications in Business, Finance or related field, preferably Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong skills in advanced Excel and financial sector knowledge.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and workflow optimization while applying ethical judgment.

- Able to analyze complex financial data and provide clear, proactive commentary and suggestions to senior management.
- Comfortable challenging senior colleagues constructively and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across regions.
