About This Role
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Lilly India’s commercial, marketing, and corporate functions ensuring robust sales and expense forecasts.
- Develop and evaluate business cases and pricing strategies to support business development, profitability, and competitive positioning.
- Drive management reporting including monthly Balanced Scorecard presentations, quarterly forecasts, and FP&A process automation including use of AI and Power BI.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CA/CPA/CMA/MBA.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FP&A, financial modeling, corporate finance or strategy preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and automation tools such as Power BI and AI-based tools.
- Must be legally allowed to work in India; physically office-based role requiring 4 days per week in office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in pharmaceutical industry finance functions with strong operational finance and process improvement skills.
- Capable financial business partner with strong analytical skills able to challenge assumptions and deliver actionable insights.
- Comfortable driving FP&A transformation through automation and data analytics in a virtual network environment.
