About This Role
- Own management of key client accounts as the single point of contact for requirements, queries, and escalations.
- Coordinate between recruitment, operations, and clients to ensure timely staffing service delivery and meet SLA/KPIs.
- Drive client retention and account growth through stakeholder management, issue resolution, commercial negotiations, and identifying expansion opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in client servicing or key account management within staffing or manpower operations.
- Location requirement: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Andheri East).
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and Excel; knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years relevant experience.

- Experienced in handling end-to-end client accounts in staffing or HR services with demonstrated ability in commercial negotiations and SLA management.
- Operates effectively in multitasking and cross-functional coordination roles involving recruitment, operations, payroll, and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills aligned to maintaining long-term B2B client relationships and driving account growth.
