About This Role
- Manage day-to-day US accounting and finance operations including multi-state payroll and cash flow management.
- Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, payroll tax regulations, workers compensation audits, and establish internal financial controls.
Minimum Requirements
- CA or CPA certification is mandatory.
- 15+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with US multi-state payroll, payroll taxes, and compliance.
- Work Mode: Onsite in Bangalore with US Night Shift timings.

- Experienced in managing finance, accounting, and payroll teams within US staffing or contingent workforce industry.
- Strong expertise in US accounting standards, multi-state payroll financing, and compliance audits.
- Proficient in financial metrics analysis such as AR, AP, gross margins, and contingent labor financials.
