About This Role
- Drive supplier enablement and adoption for global Supply Chain applications like SAP Business Network (SCC) and Coupa, improving application efficiency and reducing supply chain costs.
- Support rollout of business applications through training, knowledge sharing, communication, and change management activities across multiple regions and stakeholders.
- Provide fast, reliable support for Supply Chain applications via helpdesk ticket resolution using ServiceNow and maintain key data elements in SAP ERP and related business applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 3 years professional experience working with business applications.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in any field of study.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM or Ariba, Procurement (S2P), reporting & analytics, master data support, and supply chain processes.
- Exposure to ServiceNow and strong computer skills including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supplier management and procurement domains with a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
- Capable of managing and driving change management efforts and training initiatives including development of end-user training materials and micro-learning content.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely in a multi-stakeholder international environment, supporting rollout, release management, and system upgrades.
