About This Role
- Analyze large healthcare operational datasets to identify trends, performance metrics, and financial insights.
- Build and maintain analytics datasets and data models in Databricks using SQL, PySpark, and Python, including rebuilding SQL logic as Databricks datasets.
- Develop and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, and support ETL/ELT pipelines and data validation processes for healthcare revenue cycle operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BE/BTECH, ME/MTECH, MBA, BCA/MCA, or related field) or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3-5 years total work experience with at least 4 years in data analytics, data engineering, or reporting roles.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases on SQL Server or similar, Databricks (Spark SQL, Delta tables, Unity Catalog, Auto Loader, Workflows), Python, and AWS data storage like Amazon S3.
- English proficiency (oral and written) and flexible to work in night shifts (US time zone).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare revenue cycle operations or operational data supporting healthcare clients.
- Strong technical expertise in Databricks environment including notebooks, PySpark, Spark SQL, and layered data architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
- Capable of delivering accurate, validated analytics datasets and actionable dashboards to support process improvement and client decision-making.
