About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of climate-related programs including design, mentoring, outcomes, and ME against KPIs.
- Manage program P&L including revenue, cost allocation, overhead, forecasts, and utilisation.
- Lead and coach a team; build AI-enabled workflows; manage corporate/CSR sponsors and secure renewals or new programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-14 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years managing programs in incubation/acceleration, VC, CSR/philanthropy, climate/sustainability, or consulting.
- People leadership experience required at Senior Program Manager level.
- Financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and P&L.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI productivity tools is mandatory; Masters degree preferred but equivalent experience considered.

- Experienced in climate-tech and startup ecosystem in India with relevant networks and partnership-building skills.
- Strong skills in structured writing, presentations, and managing senior external stakeholders and contractual deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, deliver measurable program outcomes, and manage financial and operational aspects in a program management role.
