About This Role
- Lead the development and execution of the Internal Audit technology assurance strategy, focusing on IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud, identity/access management, SAP, and digital transformation risks.
- Conduct and lead complex audits covering IT general controls, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, network security, privileged access, and enterprise technology governance.
- Partner with senior leaders across IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to influence risk management strategies and enhance technology assurance programs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Internal Audit, IT Audit, Cybersecurity, Technology Risk Management, or Information Security.
- Proven experience in leading complex technology audit engagements and strong knowledge of IT general controls, cybersecurity frameworks, cloud technologies, infrastructure, identity/access management, and technology governance.
- Location requirement: Pune, India.

- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and influence technology risk strategies beyond immediate team functions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience building partnerships across IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Finance, and Operations sectors.
