About This Role
- Own end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of enablement programs for employees, customers, and partners aligned to business objectives.
- Manage multiple enablement initiatives including training, certification, and product launch readiness by tracking timelines, risks, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Learning, and Operations teams to ensure scalable, globally consistent enablement and measurable business impact.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in program or project management with end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking across global teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with ability to handle competing priorities.
- Location: Hybrid position based in Hyderabad office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional program management within SaaS, product enablement, learning and development, or customer education domains.
- Able to improve operational efficiency via process optimization, AI tools, and automation.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, global technology-driven environment coordinating multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
