About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery and SLA management of SAP Application Management Services (AMS) engagements, ensuring operational stability and client satisfaction.
- Manage incident, problem, change management processes and oversee routine SAP system activities including month-end/year-end support, patching, and health checks.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of SAP functional and technical consultants across shifts and time zones, handling resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12+ years of overall IT/finance experience with 5+ years managing SAP AMS/support/managed-services engagements.
- Strong finance domain background with deep hands-on knowledge of SAP FICO modules and financial period-close processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field; professional accounting qualification (CA/CMA/CPA/ACCA) or MBA in Finance strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in ITIL-based service management, managing SLAs, service credits, and contractual commitments in outsourced/managed-services models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing SAP AMS delivery with strong finance and SAP FICO process expertise to effectively triage complex FI/CO issues and engage with finance stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle cross-functional coordination across SAP application landscape including functional and technical teams.
- Skilled in governance reporting, financial tracking, and leading distributed/onshore-offshore teams with strong escalation and communication management.
